中国职业排球俱乐部发展的现状、问题及对策研究

摘　　要：以中国职业排球联赛共计24家俱乐部(男女排各12家)为调查对象,运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地考察等研究方法对我国职业排球俱乐部发展情况进行研究,描述了我国职业排球俱乐部发展的基本现状,深入分析了我国职业排球俱乐部发展存在的问题,提出了我国职业排球俱乐部发展的对策。研究结果表明:体育场馆设施选择不当,运动员转会市场不通畅,俱乐部待遇水平比较低,赛事转播报道裹足不前等问题较大程度上制约了我国职业排球联赛及俱乐部的发展,通过合理选择比赛场馆设施,积极引进优秀内外援,提升俱乐部待遇和福利,加大赛事转播报道的力度等手段和措施对我国职业排球俱乐俱的发展具有较为重要的理论价值和现实意义。Research object is the 24 clubs of the Chinese Professional Volleyball League（12 men＇s Volleyball Clubs and 12 women＇s Volleyball Clubs）.Used methods of literature data,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation and other research methods to study the development of Chinese Professional Volleyball Club,described the basic development situation of Chinese Professional Volleyball Club,analyzed the existing problems of development in Chinese Professional Volleyball Club in depth and put forward the basic paths of optimization and reconstruction of development of Chinese Professional Volleyball Club.Results show that Improper selection of sports venues and facilities,not smooth athletes transfer market,relatively low club treatment level,without progress of race broadcast reports and other problems restricted the development of Chinese Professional Volleyball Clubs;Choosing the appropriate venues and facilities,actively introducing outstanding foreign aid,enhancing the club pay and benefits,increasing efforts to strengthen the coverage of event broadcast and other measures to optimize and redesign the operating mode of our professional volleyball clubs.Results will have important theoretical value and practical significance to development of Chinese Professional Volleyball Clubs.
