中国男子篮球队“双国家队”配置的耦合发展研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从耦合发展的理论视角,对中国男子篮球队"双国家队"配置的发展模式进行探索性研究。结果表明:"双国家队"配置是低风险的国家队建设机制创新;目标整合、人才培养、团队合作、针对性备战是影响"双国家队"耦合发展的关键因素;以中国男篮与奥运对手的差距为"问题导向",着力提升红、蓝两队独立应对欧美球队的能力,可最大限度地规避"双国家队"配置的负面影响;红、蓝两队一致对外,形成"竞争-互促-合作"是推动双国家队耦合发展的重要动力。By means of literature review and logic analysis,this paper research on the" double national team" model of Chinese men＇s basketball team from the perspective of coupling development.The result show that the" double national team"is a low-risk innovation of national team＇s development;unity of objectives,personnel training,teamwork and targetoriented preparation are the key factors influencing the coupling development of" double national team";Targeting on shortening the gap between Chinese men＇s basketball team and the Olympic rivals,and striving to enhance the red and blue teams＇ ability to deal with the European and American teams independently would minimize the negative effect of"double national team";red and blue teams should unite against external rivals,forming the"Competition-Mutual promotion-Cooperation"to promote the motive power of"double national team"coupling development.
