我国高水平教练员培养资源分布的时空格局分析

摘　　要：针对我国各区域高水平教练员培养水平呈现较大差异性的现状,选取全国31个省、市、自治区自2010~2014年以来培养高水平教练员的人数为分析样本,采用地理空间分析模型,对我国高水平教练员培养的空间自相关特征进行实证研究。研究表明:1)我国高水平教练员培养水平的分布从东到西水平依次递减;2)近几年来我国高水平教练员培养水平差距逐渐减小,正逐步趋同;3)我国东北地区、华东地区高-高聚集趋势明显,西北地区、西南地区低-低聚集趋势明显,其余地区的教练员培养水平与周边邻接区域的空间聚集关系不显著,区域之间高水平教练员培养水平的空间效应还需进一步提升。通过探索中国高水平教练员培养水平在空间上的分布特征,进而提出教练员培养发展的优化途径。In view of the present situation of the difference of the training level of the excellent coaches in different regions of China,this study selects the number of excellent coaches from 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2010 to 2014 as the analysis samples,adopts the geospatial analysis model,carries on the empirical research to the spatial autocorrelation characteristic which our country excellent coaches foster.The results showed that：1）The distribution of the level of excellent coaches in our country descended from east to west.2）In recent years,the gap between the training level of excellent coaches in our country is gradually decreasing,and it is gradually converging.3）The trend of high accumulation in Northeast China and East China is obvious,and the trend of the low level is obvious in the northwest and southwest regions.The coaches＇ training level in the rest areas is not significantly related to the spatial agglomeration of neighboring regions,and the level of excellent coaches of the space effect needs to be further enhanced.By exploring the spatial distribution characteristics of Chinese excellent coaches＇ training level,the author puts forward the optimization ways of the coaches＇ training and development.
