摘　　要：目的探讨西安市部分社区围绝经期妇女的生活质量水平,分析其影响因素。方法采用目的抽样法,于2016年1—3月选取485名西安市社区围绝经期妇女为研究对象,利用一般资料调查表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表、领悟社会支持量表、焦虑和抑郁自评量表进行调查,分析其生活质量影响因素。结果 485名社区围绝经期妇女生活质量得分为(55.81±9.20)分,生理领域得分低于全国常模(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、家庭人均月收入、婚姻状况、焦虑抑郁以及领悟社会支持水平是妇女生活质量的影响因素,可解释63.1%的变异量。结论被调查社区围绝经期妇女生活质量整体较差,其影响因素较多,社区医护人员应同时加强对该人群的生理及心理护理。Objective To investigate the quality of life of peri-menopausal women in Xi＇an, and to analyze the related influencing factors. Methods A total of 485 peri-menopausal women in several communities in Xi＇an were investigated from January to March 2016. General information questionnaire, World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief （WHOQOL-BREF）, Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS）, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） were employed to collect the data. Results The score of quality of life of peri-menopausal women was 55.81 _＋ 9.20, and the average score of physiological dimension was lower than the national norm （P 〈 0.05）. Multiple logistic analysis showed that education background, family income per capita, marital status, anxiety and depression levels, PSSS score were the influencing factors, explaining 63.1% of the variances. Conclusion The quality of life of the enrolled peri-menopausal women is poor, with multiple influencing factors. The nursing staff should strengthen the physical and psychological nursing for them.
