后路镜下腰椎间盘摘除B-twin植入术术后的近期疗效及融合率分析

摘　　要：目的：分析后路镜下腰椎间盘摘除B-twin植入术术后的近期疗效及融合率。方法：选择我院自2014年8月～2016年9月期间收治的腰椎问盘突出患者40例，所有患者均接受后路镜下腰椎间盘摘除B-twin植入术，随后对本组患者的治疗效果进行统计和总结。结果：40例患者实施后路镜下腰椎间盘摘除B-twin植入术，显效患者25例，有效患者14例，治疗总有效率经计算后为97．5％，手术时间为1．5±0．6小时，术中出血量为80．2±21．5ml。比对手术前和手术后的ODI评分、VAS评分．术后较比术前明显较优，数据统计后P〈0．05。另外，从生活质量改善情况来看，术后明显优于术前，数据统计后P〈0．05。所有患者均未出现并发症，如：感染、血肿和神经功能损伤等。结论：腰椎间盘突出症患者实施后路镜下腰椎间盘摘除B-twin植入术术后，效果理想，具有较高的椎间盘融合率，同时可以降低并发症发生率，临床应用价值存在。Objectiv：To analyze the short-term efficacy and fusion rate of posterior lumbar intervertebral disc removal with B-twin implantation.Methods：40 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated from August 2014 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent posterior lumbar intervertebral disc removal of B-twin implantation,followed by treatment of this group of patients To carry out statistics and summary.Results：40 patients underwent posterior lumbar intervertebral disc removal of B-twin implantation,25 patients were markedly effective and 14 patients were effective.The total effective rate was 97.5% and the operation time was（1.5-0.6）h,The intraoperative blood loss was（80.2-21.5）ml.Compared with preoperative and postoperative ODI scores,VAS score,postoperative than the preoperative was better,the data after the statistics of P 〈 0.05.In addition,from the improvement of quality of life,postoperative significantly better than preoperative,data statistics P 〈 0.05.All patients had no complications,such as：infection,hematoma and neurological impairment.Conclusion：The patients with lumbar disc herniation underwent posterior lumbar intervertebral disc removal with B-twin implantation.The results were satisfactory,and the fusion rate of intervertebral disc is high,and the incidence of complications and clinical application could be reduced.
