摘　　要：股骨干骨折不愈合是临床上所面临的一个棘手问题,其发病的影响因素以及干预方法尚存在争论。本文旨在对目前股骨干骨折不愈合影响因素及其干预的研究进展做一综述,以期为临床工作提供一定的理论依据。Femoral shaft nonunion is a common thorny issue in clinical setting, however, the exact factors impacting the nonunion are still unclear. This paper aimed to review the latest research progress in the factors affecting treatments for femoral shaft nonunion, and provide references for clinical works in the future.
