摘 要:遵义市南部新区新龙快线工程岩体含地下涌水且节理裂隙发育,爆破时炮孔内炸药容易流失,导致炸药未起爆或不完全起爆,严重影响采装作业、施工成本和进度,为此采用高强度PE软水管盛装乳化炸药进行优化实验,根据单耗、钻孔量和大块率等综合分析,选定的最优方案孔径为140mm,前排抵抗线为3.5 m,孔网参数为4 m×7 m,3排炮孔呈梅花排列,用Φ125mmPE软管盛装炸药,块度1.2m以上大块率仅2.68%,有效改善了爆破效果。In the south of Zunyi the rock mass of the new Longcheng Expressway project contains underground gushing water and joint fissures. Thus during blasting, explosives in the blast hole could easily be washed away, so that explosives cannot be detonated or fully detonated. It would seriously impact the operation of mining charge as well as production cost and schedule. In order to solve the above problems, the PE soft water pipes with high-strength were used to hold the emulsion explosives to conduct optimization experiments. According to the comprehensive analysis of unit consumptions, borehole quantities and block rates, the optimum scheme was obtained with the hole diameter of 140 mm, the front resistance lines of 3.5 m, the hole pat- tern parameter of 4 m ~ 7 m and three rows blastholes arrangement in plum flower shape. Using 125 mm PE soft water pipes toheld explosives, the block length was 12 m and the block rate was only 2.68%, which could effectively improve the blasting effect.
