摘  要:试验分析了复配缓蚀剂在模拟磷矿浮选废水中对碳钢的缓蚀作用,主要考察了Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)、Cl^-、F^-以及时间和转速对碳钢的腐蚀作用和缓蚀剂的缓蚀作用。极化曲线表明,复配缓蚀剂是以阴极为主的混合型缓蚀剂;失重法显示复配缓蚀剂在95r/min的转速下具有较好的缓蚀效果,但使用周期比较短,同时在各个离子浓度不是太高的情况下,复配缓蚀剂对各离子浓度有较好的适应性。The corrosion inhibition effects of compound corrosion inhibitor on carbon steel in simulated phosphate wastewater were mainly investigated. The effects of different factors on the corrosion of carbon steel and the corrosion inhibition of corro- sion inhibitor were emphatically studied, including ions including Caz+ , Mgz+ , SO4z- , CI- and F- , as well as the time and rotational speed, The polarization curves showed that the compound corrosion inhibitor was a cathode-based mixed corrosion in- hibitor. And the weight loss method indicated that the corrosion inhibitor had a good corrosion inhibition effect at the rotational speed of 95 r/min, but the service cycle was relatively short. Meanwhile, the corrosion inhibitor had a good adaptability on each ion concentration when the concentrations of all ions were not too high.
