摘 要:镐型截齿广泛应用于煤岩截割,其性能影响着掘进效率与生产成本。为了研究镐形截齿的磨损对截割载荷的影响,分析截齿磨损规律后,建立两种安装磨损截齿的截割头模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行横向截割煤壁的动力学仿真研究,得到了截割头的接触力时间历程曲线。结果表明:相较于锋利截齿,安装自磨刃与偏磨截齿的截割头所受合力均值增长分别为6.53%,11.79%。截齿磨损后在一定程度上减小了载荷的波动,安装有自磨刃截齿的载荷波动最小。研究工作定量地分析了磨损的影响,可为截齿的形状设计及安装参数优化提供依据。The conical picks are widely used in the field of coal and rock cutting. Their performances seriously affect the excava- tion efficiency and production cost. In order to study the wear effects of conical picks on the cutting performances, two models of cutting head installed different worn picks were established after analyzing the general wear rules of picks. The crosscutting process of different cutting heads was dynamically simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Thus, the force-time curves of cutting heads were obtained. The results indicated that compared with sharp picks, the mean resultant force of cutting heads with self- sharpening and partial wear respectively increased by 6.53 % and 11.79%. The load fluctuation could be reduced to some extent after the wear of picks, and was the smallest for the self sharpening cutter. In this paper, the influence of wear was quantita- tively analyzed, which provided a reference for the geometric design and the installation optimization of the picks.
