摘 要:矿山深部作业通风条件复杂、作业点分散、风路长,理论分析2台轴流式通风机作业下各风路中风量、风阻、风压的规律,引入SCADA-PLC模型完成主站(控制方)与子站(被控方)间信息的采集、处理、操作、完成等7工序,进行多风机、循环风条件下通风系统气体浓度、风速、风压等多参数监测控制,并应用于现场实践,研究表明:SCADA-PLC模型的载入能完成通风参数处理工作,并有效实现自动监测监控,让测定参数在预设范围内波动,误差小;循环进风风量Q2随着风量净化效率η与风量循环率F的增大有明显下降趋势,η≥11%时,巷道能达到较好的循环风效果;该系统操作简易、使用便利、适应性强、反馈数据全,具有较好的推广价值。The work condition in deep mines had such disadvantages, including complex ventilation condition, dispersive opera- tion point and long wind path. Therefore, the rules of air volume, wind resistance and wind pressure in each wind path were theoretically analyzed under the operation of 2 axial fans. Then, a SCADA-PLC model was introduced to accomplish 7 processes between the master-station (the control side) and the sub-station (the accused side), processes including information collec- tion, processing, operation and completion and so on. And the air concentration, wind speed, wind pressure and other parame- ters of ventilation system were monitored and controlled under the condition of multi fans and circulating wind, which were ap- plied to field practice. The research indicated that the loading of SCADA-PLC model could complete the ventilation parameter processing, effectively realize the automatic monitoring and controlling, and make the measurement parameters fluctuate in a preset range with a negligible error. The volume of circulating air (Qz) had an obvious downtrend with the increase of air puri- fication efficiency (7) and air circulation rate(F). And the roadway could achieve a good air circulation effect when the air puri- fication efficiency (r/) was equal or greater than 11%. In a word, the system was easy to be operated and used, also had strong adaptability and full feedback data, with good promotional value.
