摘  要:为了研究电火花线切割加工SKD11时电规准对表面粗糙度和材料去除率的影响规律,选取脉冲放电时间、脉冲间隙时间、峰值电流和间隙电压为试验因素,表面粗糙度和材料去除率为试验指标做单因素试验。结果表明:随着脉冲放电时间的增加,材料去除率随之增加,而表面粗糙度增大;脉冲间隙时间增加时,材料去除率减少,但表面粗糙度减小,当脉冲间隙时间为35μs时到达最小;峰值电流对两个试验指标影响跟脉冲放电时间一致;随着间隙电压的增大,材料去除率增大,表面粗糙度同时也增大。In order to study the influence of WEDM electrical parameters on surface roughness and material removal rate of SKD11,pulse discharge time,pulse gap time,peak current and gap voltage were selected as test factors,surface roughness and material removal rate were selected as test indexes for single factor test. The results showed that with the increase of pulse discharge time,the material removal rate increased,and the surface roughness increased. When the pulse gap time increased,the material removal rate reduced,but the surface roughness decreased,reaching the minimum when the pulse gap time was 35 μs; The influence of peak current on two test parameters was consistent with the pulse discharge time. With the increase of the gap voltage,the material removal rate increased,and the surface roughness increased.
