摘  要:为研究刨煤机刨头振动特性,采用刨煤机成套测试装备,研制刨头振动测试系统,对刨头在煤岩性质、刨削深度和刨削速度三种条件下的振动特性进行了实际测试,得到了刨头振动加速度曲线。研究结果表明:煤岩坚固性系数越小,刨头机首振动越大,机尾在水平和竖直方向上的振动加速度的振幅都随着煤岩硬度的增加而减少;随着刨煤机刨深的增加,在机首处水平方向与竖直方向的振动特征值相差不大,在机尾处水平方向与竖直方向的振动特征值显著增大;随着刨速的增加,在机首与机尾处水平方向与竖直方向的振动特征值均显著增大,即振动幅度增加。研究结果可为刨煤机零部件设计与优化提供数据支持。In order to study the vibration characteristics of plow head,use coal plough complete test equipment,development of plow head vibration test system,the vibration characteristics of plow head under three conditions of coal and rock property,planing depth and planing speed were tested,the vibration acceleration curve of the plow head is obtained.The results show that: the smaller the consistent coefficient is,the greater the plow head vibration head,the amplitudes of vibration acceleration of the machine tail in horizontal and vertical directions all decrease with the increase of the hardness of the coal; with the increase of planing depth,in the machine prow the vibration characteristic value of the horizontal direction and the vertical direction not much difference,in the machine tail the vibration characteristic value of the horizontal direction and the vertical direction not much difference; with the increase of planing speed,in the prow and tail vibration characteristic value of horizontal direction and vertical direction were significantly increased,that is the vibration amplitude increases. The research results can provide data support for the design and optimization of coal plough parts.
