摘 要:针对潜水泵试验台人工操作潜水泵与试验管路对接过程中存在的对接或分开劳动强度大、效率低下和不安全等问题,通过对对接锁紧过程的研究和分析,确定管路实现自动对接的功能,开发了一种基于对称偏置摇杆滑块机构的自动对接锁紧装置,并利用Mathematica软件对这种机构的运动规律进行了分析和计算,为机构设计所需的工作参数和结构设计参数提供理论依据。同时实际应用结果表明,该对接锁紧装置能够保证准确对接、紧固密封、安全可靠,实现快速高效的管路对接,达到了研究和设计的目的。The traditional way of pipeline interconnection device in the electrical submersible pump test-bed not only requests great labor intensity but puts corporations into deep insecure environment and low efficiencies. By studying and analyzing the pipe and line connect processes,it presents a simple and effective method of realizing the automatic pipeline interconnection based on the symmetric and offset rocker-slider mechanism. Mathematica are used to study the characteristics of kinematics of the symmetric and offset rocker-slider mechanism. In this paper,joint displacement was analyzed and calculated,and was also proved in the practical application. It provides the theory basis for the working parameters and the structure design parameters in the design of the symmetric and offset rocker-slider mechanism. The application result shows that the device has succeeded in completion of effective interconnection conveying and satisfied the objective of this research and design.
