摘 要:以定量滤纸为擦拭材料,醋酸钠~醋酸缓冲液为擦拭剂,建立了试纸擦拭法快速测定日用陶瓷中铅溶出量的分析方法。对显色剂、显色溶液pH值、显色剂浓度及干扰因素进行了试验,并建立了擦拭量与溶出量的线性关系。结果表明,该方法的检出限为10 ng,检测时间仅需要10 min,该方法具有快速、操作方便、成本低等优点,适用于日用陶瓷中铅溶出量现场快速筛查。A rapid method was developed for determination of lead dissolved in domestic ceramic by test paper wiping in this paper. The test material was prepared by using qualitative filter paper, and sodium acetate acetic acid buffer solution as wiping agent. The experimental conditions of the chromogenic agent, pH value and concentration of chromogenic agent, developer dosage and other interference factors were optimized, and the linear relationship between the amount of wiping and dissolution was established. The results showed that the detection limit of lead was 10 ng, and the detection time was only 10 min. The method was rapid, simple, low cost and suitable for preliminary screening on lead dissolved of domestic ceramic in spot.
