摘 要:抛光砖废渣由于有害杂质过多,因此在废物再利用技术上存在诸多困难。探讨了利用陶瓷抛光砖废渣生产广场砖的工艺技术。实验结果表明,在抛光砖废渣添加量达23.64%的情况下,通过调整工艺配方提高广场砖配方的始熔点,以此减少坯体中的气孔。制备出的广场砖具有较优的性能,并符合国家标准。There are many technical difficulties in reusing tile polishing waste because it have excessive amount of harmful impurities.The fabrication technology of plaza tiles prepared by using the solid waste from tile polishing processing is studied in this paper. The results show that the qualified plaza tile is prepared when the added amount of tile polishing waste reaches 23.64%. The pores in the body are reduced due to increase the initial melting point of the formula by adjusting the process recipe. The plaza tiles fabricated in this way have better performance. It is in line with national standards.
