摘　　要：酒钢镜铁山矿桦树沟矿区井下中深孔爆破原先使用粉状膨化硝铵炸药,采用BQ-100型风动装药设备人工装药,装药工艺技术落后,爆破效果差。2017年引进了BCJ-41型井下现场混装乳化炸药装药车,进行了近1年的生产试验。经过不断改进,目前已经完全能够满足分段崩落法采矿法爆破要求,各项性能指标达到国内先进水平。Powdered bulge ammonium nitrate explosive was originally applied to blasting in medium and deep hole of underground mine in Huashugou mining area of JISCO Jingtieshan Mine,BQ-100 pneumatic charging facility was applied to manually charge explosive,backward blasting technology brought about poor blasting effects.In 2017,BCJ-41 underground emulsified explosive mixed charging truck was introduced,and production test for nearly one year was conducted.After continuous improvement,the blasting requirements of the sublevel caving mining method had been completely satisfied,all performance indexes reached domestic leading level.
