摘　　要：介绍了一种新型XZDD多功能主绳悬挂装置。新装置省去了传统悬挂装置中的楔形绳环结构,通过旋转装置的设计,实现了提升钢丝绳的随动旋转;通过步进装置的设计,优化了调绳、截绳工艺;通过控制系统的安装,实现了对提升系统运行状态的实时监测。新装置提高了提升钢丝绳及系统附属设备的使用寿命,降低了调绳、截绳环节的劳动强度,减少了操作时间,增加了提升系统运行的安全性和高效性。The paper introduced a new-type XZDD multi-function head-rope suspension device.In the newtype device,wedge rope-ring was removed,and the design of the rotating device realized the servo rotation of the hoisting wire rope;with the design of the stepping device,the rope adjusting and cutting technology was optimized;with the installation of the control system,the online monitoring of the operation status of the hoisting system was realized.The application of the new-type head-rope suspension device enhanced the service life of the hoisting wire rope and accessory facilities,reduced the labor intensity and the operation duration of the rope adjusting and cutting duty,as well as improved the operation security and the efficiency of the hoisting system.
