摘 要:基于工程机械湿式制动器制动模式提出了齿轮油摩擦性能试验方法。该方法结合工程机械湿式制动器实际制动工况,利用制动器试验台,进行制动器台架试验。通过增加能量密度来提高制动工况的苛刻程度,真实地反映了齿轮油在制动器使用中的作用。结果表明:该方法能较好地对比不同齿轮油的摩擦性能;能量密度对制动过程中的中点动摩擦因数、终点静摩擦因数以及静动比影响明显。The paper proposed a method of testing the friction performance of gear oil based on braking mode of the wet brake of construction machinery.In combination with actual braking mode of the wet brake of construction machinery,the method was applied to conduct bench test of the brake based on the brake test bench.The severity of the braking mode was aggravated by increasing energy density,so as to reflect the role of gear oil in service of the brake.The results showed:the method well compared the friction performance of various gear oil;the energy density had obvious influence on the dynamic friction coefficient at midpoint,the static friction coefficient at endpoint and the ratio of the dynamic friction coefficient at midpoint to the static one at endpoint.
