摘  要:耐压强度是空气弹簧的重要性能指标,而长方体形囊式空气弹簧的耐压强度少有深入研究。基于对帘线的受力分析,建立了描述耐压强度的理论模型,详细分析了充气状态下囊体的受力情况,并提出了囊体耐压强度的简化计算公式。本文进行了样机试制,试验中测得空气弹簧耐压强度为6.5MPa,而理论计算值为7.46MPa,相对误差为14.8%。耐压强度试验结果与理论计算值吻合良好,验证了理论模型的准确性。The compressive strength is an important performance index of the air spring, while the compressive strength of the rectangular bellow-type air spring is less studied. Based on the stress analysis of the cord, a theoretical model describing the compressive strength is established, and the stress condition of the capsule body under inflation is analyzed in detail. A simplified formula for calculating the compressive strength of the capsule is presented. The prototyping trial was carried out. The compressive strength of the air spring measured in the experiment was 6.5 MPa, while the theoretical calculated value was 7.46 MPa with the relative error of 14.8% . The results of compressive strength test are in good agreement with the theoretical ones, which verifies the accuracy of the theoretical model.
