小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗儿童病毒性上呼吸道感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗儿童病毒性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:选取100例病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组予利巴韦林颗粒治疗,实验组在此基础上加用小儿豉翘清热颗粒,2组均治疗5天。评估2组临床疗效,记录患儿退热时间及咳嗽、鼻塞、咽喉红肿消失时间。结果:实验组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率100%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组退热时间及咳嗽、鼻塞、咽喉红肿的消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗儿童病毒性上呼吸道感染,可有效缩短患儿临床症状的消失时间。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xiao＇er Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with ribavirin for children with viral upper respiratory tract infection.Methods：Selected 100 cases of children with viral upper respiratory tract infection,and divided them into the experiment group and the control group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group received ribavirin granules for treatment,while the experiment group additionally received Xiao＇er Chiqiao Qingre granules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups received treatment for 5 days.Evaluated the clinical effect in both groups and recorded the antipyretic time and the disappearance time of cough,nasal obstruction and red swollen throat of children.Results：The total effective rate was 100% in the experiment group and was100% in the control group,no significant difference was found（P 0.05）.The antipyretic time and the disappearance time of cough,nasal obstruction and pharyngitis in the experiment group were all shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Xiao＇er Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with ribavirin for children with viral upper respiratory tract infection can effectively shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of children.
