中药内服外敷治疗阳证疮疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服外敷治疗阳证疮疡的临床疗效。方法:将90例阳证疮疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则分为2组各45例。对照组口服莫西沙星胶囊和外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗,治疗组予五味消毒饮加减内服加如意金黄散外敷。结果:2组均无未愈的病例,治愈率治疗组75.56%,对照组51.11%。2组治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血白细胞计数(WBC)及中性粒细胞百分比(NEU%)均降低,红肿范围直径缩小,分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五味消毒饮加减内服加如意金黄散外敷治疗阳证疮疡,治疗效果比口服莫西沙星胶囊和外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗效果好。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of oral and external application of Chinese medicine for sores and ulcers with yang syndrome.Methods：Selected 90 cases of patients with sores and ulcers with yang syndrome as study subjects,and divided them into two groups according to the principle of random distribution,45 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of moxifloxacin tablets and external application of fusidic acid cream for treatment,while the treatment group was given oral administration of modified Wuwei Xiaodu yin along with external application of Ruyi Jinhuang san.Results：There were no unhealed cases in both groups;the cure rate was 75.56% in the treatment group and was 51.11% in the control group.The comparison of the cure rate between the two groups showed significance in the difference（P 0.05）.After treatment,the white blood cell count（WBC）and the percentage of neutrophils（NEU%）were decreased and the range of red swelling was narrowed in the two groups when compared with those before treatment,differences being significance（P 0.05）.The improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,differences being significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of oral administration of modified Wuwei Xiaodu yin along with external application of Ruyi Jinhuang san for sores and ulcers with yang syndrome has a better effect than the therapy of oral administration of moxifloxacin tablets and external application of fusidic acid cream.
