针刺联合滋阴润通汤治疗老年功能性便秘阴虚肠燥证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合滋阴润通汤治疗老年功能性便秘阴虚肠燥证的临床疗效。方法:选取80例老年功能性便秘阴虚肠燥证患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组给予口服酚酞片,治疗组给予针刺联合滋阴润通汤口服。观察患者排便次数、大便性状及排便困难程度的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率72.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组每周自主排便次数均较治疗前增多(P<0.05),粪便性状评分及排便困难程度评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组每周自主排便次数多于对照组(P<0.05),粪便性状评分及排便困难程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组腹痛、腹胀及排便不尽感评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组上述3项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合滋阴润通汤治疗老年功能性便秘阴虚肠燥证,可有效改善患者的症状,效果优于口服酚酞片。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Ziyin Runtong tang for senile functional constipation with yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome.Methods：Selected 80 cases of patients with senile functional constipation with yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome and divided them into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received oral phenolphthalein tablets for treatment,while the treatment group received acupuncture combined with oral administration of Ziyin Runtong tang.Results：The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and was 72.50% in the control group,the difference being significant（P 0.05）.After treatment,times of weekly defecation in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment（P 0.05）.Scores of fecal character and difficulty degree of defecation in both groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment（P 0.05）.Times of weekly defecation in the treatment group were more than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Scores of fecal character and difficulty degree of defecation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Before treatment,no significant difference was found in the comparisons of scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and a sense of incomplete evacuation between the two groups（P 0.05）.After treatment,scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and a sense of incomplete evacuation in both groups were all reduced when compared with those before treatment（P 0.05）.The above three scores in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of acupuncture combined with Ziyin Runtong tang for senile functional constipation with yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome can effectively improve symptoms of patients,and its effect is superior to that of oral phenolphthalein tablets.
