摘  要:目的评价某金属制品厂通风除尘设施改造后的防护效果,为金属制品行业粉尘危害的预防和控制提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工程分析、职业病危害因素与通风除尘设施防护效果检测等方法,对改造后的通风除尘设施的防护效果进行评价。结果该金属制品厂通风除尘设施改造前粉尘危害较为严重,工作场所空气中粉尘浓度超标3~6倍。通风除尘设施改造后工作场所空气中粉尘浓度检测结果为CTWA0.5~1.0 mg/m^3,均符合国家职业接触限值;经通风除尘设施防护效果检测,尘源控制风速达到0.41~0.65 m/s,符合国家标准。结论该金属制品厂改造后的通风除尘设施达到预期效果,在正常运行的情况下能够有效降低工作场所空气中粉尘的浓度。Objective To evaluate the protective effect after the ventilation and dust removal facilities reconstructed in a metal products factory,and provide the basis for prevention and control of dust hazard in metal products industry.Methods The on-site occupational health investigation,engineering analysis,working environment and the protective effect of ventilation and dust removal facilities monitoring were applied to evaluate the protective effect after the ventilation and dust removal facilities were reconstructed.Results The dust hazard was serious before the ventilation and dust removal facilities were reconstructed,the concentration of dust in the air of workplace exceeded the national standard 3-6 times. After the reconstruction,the concentration of dust in the air CTWA was 0.5-1.0 mg/m^3,met the national occupational exposure limits.Detection results showed that the controlled wind speed of dust source was 0.41-0.65 m/s,met the national standard.Conclusion It could get the expected effect and effectively reduce the concentration of dust in the air of workplace under normal circumstance after the ventilation and dust removal facilities were reconstructed.
