摘  要:目的研究医疗卫生机构临床患者分离及环境物体表面检出的阴沟肠杆菌对常用消毒剂产生抗性和消毒剂抗性基因携带的关系。方法采用MIC、MBC、PCR方法,分析临床患者标本及环境物体表面中检出的阴沟肠杆菌qacE△1-sul I基因携带情况和对消毒剂的抗性。结果医疗卫生机构临床患者标本分离的1株多重耐药阴沟肠杆菌qacE△1-sul I基因为阳性,对戊二醛和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘消毒剂的MIC值高于标准菌株。结论对于临床感染了多重耐药阴沟肠杆菌的环境消毒要加强重视,如使用常规的消毒剂可能要加大剂量。Objective To study the relationship between the drug-resistance gene carried by clinical patients and the surface environment isolated enterobacter cloacae and resistance to disinfectants and disinfectant resistance gene carring.Methods PCR method and MIC,MBC method were used to detect qacE△1-sul I gene of clinical patients and medical institutions isolated enterobacter cloacae and the resistance to disinfectants.Results The qacE△1-sul I gene were positive of the 1 strains of multi-resistantenterobacter cloacae from clinical samples of patients,MIC value of glutaraldehyde and povidone-iodine were higher than the standard strain.Conclusion For the clinical infection of multi drug resistant enterobacter cloacae in disinfection of the environment to strengthen attention,such as the use of commonly used disinfectants may increase the dose.
