摘  要:目的:研究中药对雏鸡冷应激的缓解作用。方法:观察不同分组条件下(常温对照组、冷应激组及冷应激中药组)雏鸡的应答反应,并检测其血液生化指标。结果:试验分别至21 d、28 d和35 d时,冷应激中药组雏鸡体质量极显著(P〈0.01)高于常温对照组,而常温对照组极显著(P〈0.01)高于冷应激组;冷应激组雏鸡总抗氧化能力极显著(P〈0.01)低于常温对照组;试验至35 d时,冷应激组雏鸡尿酸含量与其余两组相比极显著(P〈0.01)提高。结论:中药干预能提高冷应激雏鸡的免疫水平和抗氧化能力,对冷应激有一定缓解作用。Objective:To study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on cold stress of chicks.Methods:300 chicks were randomly divided into normal temperature control group,cold stress group and treatment with Chinese herbal medicine under cold stress group.Bodyweight and blood biochemical indexes such as LDH,AKP,UA,Cr,T-AOC and GSH-Px,were detected on 7 th,14 th,21 st,28 th and 35 th,respectively.Results:The body weight of treatment group was extremely significantly higher(P〈0.01)than that of the normal temperature control group on 21 st,28 th and 35 th,and the normal temperature control group was extremely significantly higher than that of the cold stress group(P〈0.01).Compared with the normal temperature control group and the treatment group,the total antioxidant capacity of the cold stress group was extremely significantly decreased(P〈0.01).On 35 th,the uric acid content of cold stress group was extremely significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine has mitigation effect on cold stress by promoting the immune and antioxidant function of chicks.
