摘  要:为了控制止泻散的质量,采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中槲皮素和盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果显示,色谱条件为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50)、检测波长360 nm、柱温30℃时,止泻散制剂中槲皮素含量为0.054 mg/g;色谱条件为乙腈-水(47∶53)、检测波长345 nm、柱温30℃时,盐酸小檗碱含量为0.632 mg/g。该方法简便、灵敏、无干扰,可以有效控制止泻散的质量。In order to control the quality of Zhixie Powder,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of quercetin and berberine in the samples.The results showed that the optimized chromatographic condition for determining quercetin in Zhixie Powder was methanol(50%)and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution(50%)of the solvent system at 360 nm,and the content was 0.054 mg/g.The chromatographic condition for determining berberine was acetonitrile(47%)and water(53%)of the solvent system at 345 nm,and the content of berberine was 0.632 mg/g.The methods are easy and precise,and could be used to control the quality of Zhixie Powder.
