摘  要:本文介绍了将控制变量法运用在连城分公司的实际铸造生产中,对冷却水温和水量参数进行变换试验研究。结果显示:最优冷却参数为300±30m^3/h,水温为30±2℃。经过实际生产验证,冷却参数优化使冷隔现象出现的比重由38.34%降至14.58%,铝锭铸造合格率也出现显著提升,成品铝锭外观有了极大改善,使得连城分公司取得了良好的经济和社会效益。In this paper the experimental research of cooling water temperature and quantity parameters was introduce which the control variate method was used for actual casting production in Lianchen Branch. The results showed that optimized cooling parameters were the water quantity of 300 ± 30 m^3/h and water temperature of 30 ± 2℃. After production validation,cold shuts appeared reduced from 38. 34% to 14. 58%,qualification rate of aluminum casting ingots raised significantly also and appearance of aluminum ingots greatly improved,so that Liancheng Branch had achieved good economical benefit and social benefit.
