摘 要:分析了国内外石墨电极在大型钛渣电炉的消耗指标、电极性能指标对电极消耗的影响,以及国内外石墨电极主要物理指标。在此基础上,从电极主要参数指标、电极选择性应用试验和成本等方面对普通、高功率石墨电极进行比较与分析。结果表明:高功率石墨电极在电极主要参数指标和抗氧化性等方面要优于普通电极;而从成本分析看,当高功率石墨电极与普通功率石墨电极价格相差小于3080元/吨时,高功率石墨电极吨渣成本低于普通功率石墨电极。The consumption index of graphite electrode in large titanium slag furnace,the influence of electrode performance on electrode consumption and the main physical indexes of graphite electrode at home and abroad were analyzed. On this basis,from the main parameters of electrode,electrode selectivity experimental application and production cost,the regular-power and high-power graphite electrodes were compared and analyzed. The results showed that in terms of the main parameters of electrode and oxidation resistance,the high-power graphite electrode was superior to the regular-power electrode. From the cost analysis,when the difference between the high-power and regular-power graphite electrode was less than 3080 yuan/ton,on tons of slag cost the high-power graphite electrode was lower than the regular-power electrode.
