新型自制灭鼠毒饵站技术的研究及应用

摘　　要：目的介绍一种适用城区的新型自制灭鼠毒饵站的制作方法和灭鼠技术。方法从美观性、耐用性、安全性、便捷性、防雨防潮、防鸟类盗食及灭鼠效果等方面与简易直筒式水泥毒饵站进行比较。结果新型自制毒饵站毒饵投放7、14、21、28、60 d后的腐败变质率平均分别为0.17%、0.43%、1.13%、4.17%和8.70%,被家禽、鸟类盗食率为0,灭鼠效果与简易直筒式水泥毒饵站相当,不存在显著差异,对非靶标生物不存在威胁,而且毒饵有多重保护,对环境无污染。结论新型自制灭鼠毒饵站在创建卫生城市灭鼠工作中有较好的推广应用前景。Objective To introduce rodent killing technique and a method of making a new type of bait stations used in urban areas. Methods The new device of rodent bait station was designed with the consideration of aesthetics,durability,safety and convenience. The effects of rain proof,bird consumption prevention and deratization effect were observed. Results The spoilage rates of poison bait in the new cement poison bait boxes were 0. 17%,0. 43%,1. 13%,4. 17% and 8. 70% respectively for 7,14,21,28,60 d after the placement. The bait consumption by birds and poultry was not found. There was little difference on deratization effect between the new cement poison bait box and the traditional cement poison bait box. Multi-protection for poison bait was designed for the bait station,preventing environmental contamination. It is promising for the new cement poison bait box to be popularized.Conclusion The new designed bait station displays wide prospect application on mouse control in construction of health city.
