摘　　要：目的了解承德市坝上地区居民对鼠疫防治知识知晓情况,分析其影响因素,为鼠疫防治提供参考依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,抽取承德坝上地区三镇两乡一牧场干部、医护人员、在校学生、农牧民、民工、个体经销商共计583人为调查对象,采取逐个问卷调查的方式获取调查对象个人信息及其鼠防知识知晓情况。结果承德坝上地区人群对鼠疫的认知知晓率最高,为87.99%;鼠疫临床表现知晓率最低,为58.20%。鼠疫相关知识平均合格率为77.36%,其中医护人员合格率最高,为90.67%;民工合格率最低,为55.67%。统计分析表明,性别、年龄组别间合格情况无明显差异,职业、受教育程度是鼠疫防控知识合格率的主要影响因素。结论承德坝上地区不同人群鼠疫防控知识合格率有很大差异,且不同人群所掌握鼠疫防控知识项目也有所不同。在今后的鼠疫宣教工作中,要进一步加大对外来务工人员、学生等特定群体的鼠疫宣传工作,同时对不同人群采取针对性宣教内容,以科学有效地提高坝上地区人群鼠防知识知晓率。Objective To understand the situation of people about the plague knowledge and analyze its influencing factors in Bashang areas of Chengde,and provide a reference for plague control and prevention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 583 persons who were randomly selected in 6 towns of Bashang areas,consisting of cadres,staff,students,herdsmen,migrant workers and merchant. The awareness situation of the population about plague was surveyed through the questionnaire and interview. Results The awareness rate of plague cognition was the highest,about 87. 99%,while the awareness rate of clinical manifestation was the lowest,only 58. 20%. The average qualified rate of plague knowledge was 77. 36%,highest in medical staff（ 90. 67%）,lowest in migrant workers（ 55. 67%）. Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between genders and age groups,and the occupation and education level were the main influencing factors. Conclusion The qualified rate of plague knowledge varied in different groups,and different persons were different in the knowledge of plague. To strengthen the cultivation of migrant workers and students,and take targeted education for different groups of people are key points in the promotion of plague propaganda work in Bashang areas.
