摘　　要：本文概述了输入我国的3例非洲锥虫病(HAT)公共卫生要素以及临床救治基本情况,认为基于被忽视的热带病(NTDs)病程进展中不能"被忽视的"旅行史信息、生物学标本、国际合作、应急救治小组、进口药物审批等流行病学特征,输入性HAT患者得到妥善救治,恢复了健康。本文特别指出HAT作为输入性罕见传染病(IRID)防控关注不能罕见,必须厚植检疫思维反复强化,强化公共卫生风险技术支撑,拓展《国际卫生条例(2005)》(IHR)口岸沟通协调核心能力,搭建国际合作桥梁载体,努力实现HAT可防、可控、可治。This article summarizes the characters of three imported African trypanosomiasis（ HAT） cases,including the public health factors and clinical treatment basic information. Bases on ＂the neglected ＂ information of the neglected tropical diseases（ NTDs）,such as travel history information,biological specimens,HAT emergency treatment group,international cooperation and importation approval of the drug,three HAT patients received the proper treatment and backed to health. As the importing rare infectious disease（ IRID）,the attention to prevention and control of the HAT should not be absent. Enhancing the technology support of the public health risk screening,expanding the ＂International Health Regulations（ 2005） ＂（ IHR） port communication and coordination of core competence and strengthening the international cooperation bridge carrier are important for the prevention,controlling and treating.
