摘　　要：行政执法文书作为表达具体行政行为的载体,在体现行政行为严肃性和执行性上至关重要。口岸卫生监督作为检验检疫部门的一种重要法定职能,在执法文书方面的问题主要表现是管理和填写不规范。针对上述问题,本文通过分析口岸执法文书的意义和存在的问题,提出口岸卫生监督文书规范化编写的基本要求并提出建议。As the carrier of the specific administrative act,the document of administrative law enforcement is very important to reflect the seriousness and the enforceability of the administrative act. Health supervision at port is one of the important and statutory functions of inspection and quarantine bureau. However,there are several problems of administrative law enforcement document mainly in two aspects： lack of standardization in the management and the writing form of the documents. In view of the above problems,the significance of administrative law enforcement document was emphasized and some basic requirements and suggestions was put forward for the standardization of administrative law enforcement document.
