摘 要:游客感知价值理论在旅游业得到广泛运用,研究历史文化名城的游客感知价值有利于当地社会、经济和文化的发展。历史文化名城的游客感知价值通常包含建筑、文化、服务、基础设施、价格和情感感知等六个方面。运用模糊综合评判法和IPA方法对大理古城的游客感知价值进行评价,可知大理古城游客感知价值一般,古城的综合形象、建筑特色和景区服务质量仍有待提升。The theory of perceived value is widely used in tourism development.Studying the perceived value of historical and cultural cities is beneficial to the development of local society,economy and culture.The perceived value of historical and cultural cities usually includes six aspects:buildings,culture,service,infrastructure,price and emotional perception.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and IPA are used to evaluate the perceived value of the ancient city of Dali,producing a mediocre result.The ancient city of Dali needs to improve its overall image,highlight its architectural features and enhance its tourist service.
