摘　　要：在扬州学派《论语》诠释研究中,刘恭冕无疑是发展主线上不可忽略的一颗明珠,他在公羊学大行其道的晚清坚守扬州学派的治学精神。《何休注训论语述》一书辑录文本、实事求是,训诂考据、仔细辨析,会通博洽、不主一家,是为晚清《论语》研究中的独特之作。Liu Gongmian is an important figure of the Yangzhou School in studying the annotation of The Analects of Confucius.He insisted on the academic spirit of the Yangzhou School in the late Qing Dynasty when the study of Gongyang Commentary boomed.He wrote the book of Hexiu＇s Annotation of the Analects of Confucius,which is a unique one in the studies of The Analects of Confucius in the late Qing Dynasty.
