喉环状软骨切除与传统术治疗喉鳞癌分析

摘　　要：目的分析喉环状软骨切除与传统术治疗喉鳞癌的临床效果。方法本文所选60例喉鳞癌患者均为我院2013年2月至2016年2月所收治,随机将其分成对照组和实验组,每组均为30例;对照组选择传统部分喉切除术治疗,实验组选择喉环状软骨上部分切除术治疗,观察分析临床治疗效果。结果实验组的总拔管率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对患者进行为期18个月的随访发现,在远处转移率、颈部复发率、原发灶复发率以及1年生存率方面,对照组和实验组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对喉鳞癌患者进行治疗时,和传统术相比较,喉环状软骨切除术治疗的气管套管拔管率更理想,而且不会增加远处转移率、颈部复发率和原发灶复发率,在远期生存率方面两种治疗方式比较类似。Objective To analysis the clinical effect of laryngeal ring cartilage resection and traditional operation in the treatment of LSCC.Methods This reasearch selected 60 cases of LSCC patients were admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016,randomly methods divide into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group treated with traditional operation and the experimental group treated with laryngeal ring cartilage resection.The clinical treatment effects were observed and analyzed.Results The total pull tube rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Followed up for 18 months,there is no statistically significant difference between the control group and the experimental group（P〉0.05）in the terms of the transfer rate in the distance,the neck recurrence rate,local recurrence rate and 1 year survival rate.Conclusion In the treatment of LSCC patients,compare with traditional operation,the tracheal cannula exultation rate is more ideal in the treatment of laryngeal ring cartilage resection,which don＇ t increase the rate of distant metastasis ,neck recurrence rate and local recurrence rate,and the two methods has similar effects in the aspect of long-term survival.
