膨胀止血海绵鼻腔盲塞法治疗鼻出血的临床体会

摘　　要：目的膨胀止血海绵鼻腔盲塞法治疗鼻出血临床应用价值的探讨。方法将我科194例活动性鼻出血患者用膨胀止血海绵鼻腔盲塞法治疗鼻出血,将红霉素眼膏涂于膨胀止血海绵表面,沿鼻中隔推入鼻腔,置入的膨胀止血海绵内注射生理盐水2 ml,即迅速膨胀,充满鼻腔,压迫止血。结果 194例活动性鼻出血患者用膨胀止血海绵鼻腔盲塞法治疗鼻出血后,3~5 d后取出,无再次出血,治愈率达95.9%。结论膨胀海绵鼻腔盲塞法治疗鼻出血是行之有效的方法,技术要求低,操作简单,痛苦小,止血快,更安全,特别适合急诊、门诊的病人,尤其值得在基层医疗机构推广。Objective To explore the clinical application value of dilated hemostasis cavemous cavernous plug method in the treatment of nasal bleeding.Methods 194 cases of patients with active epistaxis nasal blind expansion hemostatic sponge plug method in treatment of epistaxis,Erythromycin Eye Ointment will apply to the expansion hemostatic sponge surface,along the nasal septum into the nasal cavity expansion hemostatic sponge saline injection 2ml placement,which is expanding rapidly,with the nasal cavity,hemostasis.Results 194 cases of active nosebleed were treated with expansive hemostasis sponge and nasal cavity blind plug.After 3-5 days＇ treatment,no bleeding occurred again.The cure rate was 95.9%.Conclusion Expansive sponge nasal cavity blind plug is an effective method for treating epistaxis,with low technical requirement,simple operation,less pain,fast hemostasis and safer.It is especially suitable for patients in emergency and outpatient department,especially for primary medical institutions.
