云芝胞内糖肽并308nm准分子激光治疗斑秃效果

摘　　要：目的观察云芝胞内糖肽胶囊联合308nm准分子激光照射治疗斑秃的效果。方法将73例门诊确诊的斑秃病人随机分为观察组37例与对照组36例。观察组病人每次服用云芝胞内糖肽胶囊1.0g,每天3次,连用3个月,同时以308nm准分子激光照射斑秃局部皮损,每周2次,连用2个月。对照组病人单独以308nm准分子激光照射斑秃局部皮损,每周2次,连用2个月。结果观察组治愈20例,显效10例,有效7例,无效9例;对照组治愈12例,显效8例,有效5例,无效2例,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(Uc=2.39,P<0.05)。结论云芝胞内糖肽胶囊联合308nm准分子激光照射治疗斑秃效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of polystictus glycopeptide capsules combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods A total of 73 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into observation group with 37 patients and control group with 36 patients.The patients in the observation group were given oral polystictus glycopeptide capsules 1.0 g three times a day for 3 consecutive months combined with 308 nm excimer laser for local skin lesions twice a week for 2 consecutive months,while those in the control group were given 308 nm excimer laser alone for local skin lesions twice a week for 2 consecutive months.Results Of all patients in the observation group,20 were cured,10 were markedly improved,7 had certain response,and 9 had no response;of all patients in the control group,12 were cured,8 were markedly improved,5 had certain response,and 2 had no response.The observation group had a significantly better clinical response than the control group（Uc=2.39,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Polystictus glycopeptide capsules combined with 308 nm excimer laser has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of alopecia areata and holds promise for clinical application.
