摘  要:对不同尺寸的小型圆柱件进行淬火过程的数值模拟,通过测量试验件的淬火残余应力验证模型的正确性。在此基础上,研究冷却速度、相变塑性、材料马氏体转变温度对淬火残余应力的影响,对淬火过程中工件内沿半径方向各点的残余应力随时间的变化规律及应力在横截面内的分布随时间的变化规律进行分析,讨论并总结形成均温淬透型圆柱件淬火残余应力的原因及规律。Small cylindrical parts in different diameters were simulated numerically to obtain the residual stress values. These values were compared with the actual ones tested in test parts to prove the model is correct. With this model, how cooling rate,phase transformation plasticity, martensite transformation temperature effect the residual stress during quenching, how the residual stress evolutes in the cylindrical parts on radial points with time change and how the residual stress distributes on the cross section with time change were analyzed. Finally the cause and rule about the generation of residual stress in completely quenched cylindrical parts at uniform temperature are found out.
