变频技术在莱钢管带机给料装置的应用

摘　　要：介绍莱钢焦化厂管带机给料装置的运行状态和问题,着重介绍2~#管带机给料装置由工频转换为变频控制的目的和效果。变频技术的成功应用,实现管带给料料流的稳定,避免管带机停机事故,保证生产的顺利进行,有效减少电能消耗。The paper presents the running condition and problems of the feefer of the tube feeder at Laiwu Steel and puts emphasis on the aim and effect of variable frequency control that replaces the original industrial frequency control on the feeder of tube conveyor №2. The variable frequency control can make the material flow of the feeder more stable, and thus prevent the tube conveyor from failure and ensure the smooth operation of the production line and reduce electric energy consumption effectively.
