摘　　要：介绍莱钢单机架冷轧机板型控制系统的组成及板型闭环控制系统的应用,重点阐述ABB板形自动控制系统的设备组成,板形辊缝倾斜控制、弯辊控制及板形目标曲线的设定及板型自动控制系统的工作原理,通过板形控制系统解决带钢荷叶边、锯齿浪等质量问题,减少轧制过程中的断带率,提高机组产能,取得较好的经济效益。The paper presents the structure of the shape control system and the application of the close-loop shape control system of the Single-stand Cold Steel Mill at Laiwu Steel, and focuses on the equipment of ABB automatic shape control system, the roll gap inclination control, the roll bending control, the target shape curve setup and the working concept of the automatic shape control system. The shape control system can solve quality problems such as side strain and flopper, and reduce strip breakage during rolling operation, and increase the productivity so as to get better economic benefit.
