摘 要:目的检测单纯糖尿病组(DM)、糖尿病肾病组(DN)和健康对照组(N)的血清可溶性晚期糖基化终末产物受体(sRAGE)水平,分析探讨血清sRAGE与糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法选取单纯2型糖尿病患者32例、糖尿病肾病患者56例和同期健康体检者30名为研究对象,测定血清sRAGE和生化指标。结果 DN组血清sRAGE水平低于DM组和N组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),DM组和N组血清sRAGE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,收缩压是糖尿病肾病的危险因素,血清sRAGE是糖尿病肾病的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论血清sRAGE与2型糖尿病肾病有相关性,高水平sRAGE是糖尿病肾病的一种保护因子,收缩压是影响糖尿病肾病的危险因素,推测sRAGE可能成为糖尿病肾病的诊疗新靶点。Objective To measure the serum levels of sRAGE in patients with type 2 diabetes, type 2 diabetic nephropathy and healthy control, and explore its correlation with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods The object of the present study consisted of 32 patients with type 2 DM and 56 patients with DN and 30 healthy examinees. General conditions were recorded and sRAGE and biochemical criterion of serum were measured.Results The serum level of sRAGE in the DN group was significantly lower than those in the DM group and the control group (P〈0.05), but the latter two had no significant difference (P〉0.05). Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that SBP was a risk factor for DN, and sRAGE was a protective factor for DN (P〈0. 05) .Conclusions There is correlation between the serum level of sRAGE and development of DN. High level of serum sRAGE is a protective factor for DN and SBP is a risk factor for DN, indicating that sRAGE could be a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of DN.
