摘 要:小儿苏醒期躁动发生率高、不良反应重,是麻醉医生实施小儿麻醉亟需解决的一项难题。七氟烷因其麻醉诱导快、苏醒迅速、无刺激性气味、血气分配系数低等优点被广泛用于儿科手术麻醉。但其诱发苏醒期躁动的发生率也较高。本文简要概述小儿七氟烷麻醉苏醒期躁动的原因、临床表现及可能机制和防治措施,以便为临床作指导。The incidence of emergence delirium in children is significant and adverse reactions are serious, which is an urgent problem to be solved when anesthesiologists perform pediatric anesthesia. The advantages of sevoflurane due to its rapid anesthesia induction, rapid recovery, no irritating odor, low blood gas distribution coefficient, so it is widely used in pediatric anesthesia. However, sevoflurane induced emergence delirium rates also increased. This article briefly summarizes the cause, clinical manifestations and the possible mechanism of the emergence delirium during the sevoflurane anesthesia in children and particularly analyzes how to prevent and treat emergence delirium, in order to provide reference for clinical application.
