摘 要:为简化乘客购票步骤及提升运营公司运营效率,提出基于移动客户端和第二代身份证的自动售检票模式。首先在移动客户端上购买车票,然后将订单中的信息发送至起始车站和目的车站计算机系统中,跳过TVM(自动售票机)上单程票的获取,直接运用第二代身份证作为乘车票务凭证。通过查询乘坐地铁的起始站点和目的地站点是否有该身份证物理卡号的订单信息来判断乘客是否已成功购票,从而确定闸机是否放行,最终实现乘客从购票到出入闸机的整个流程。该自动售检票模式能够很好地运用于城市轨道交通AFC系统中,未来可在此基础上,引入信用评价体系及生物识别技术,进一步提高用户体验满意度。To simplify the passenger-ticket-purchasing process and improve the operational efficiency of operating company,this study proposes an automatic fare collection model based on a mobile client and second-generation identity(ID)card.First,the ticket is purchased by the mobile client,and the information is subsequently sent to the starting station and destination station computer systems.Thus,the process of obtaining the one-way ticket from the ticket vending machine is bypassed and the second-generation ID card is directly used as the ticket certificate.By inquiring whether the starting and the destination sites of the subway have the order information of the physical card number,it is judged whether the passenger has successfully purchased the ticket,thereby determining whether the gate is released and the entire process from ticket purchasing to accessing the gates is completed.The automatic fare collection mode can be satisfactorily used in AFC system of urban rail transit.In future,the introduction of a credit evaluation system and biometric technology could further enhance the passenger user experience.
