基于数据挖掘法探析古方中妇人妊娠禁忌药的破禁现象——以半夏为例

摘　　要：[目的]采用数据挖掘关联分析的方法,从古医籍中探寻古人用半夏增效减毒之法,以期应用于临床。[方法]选取中医e百系统中妊娠期半夏方剂138首,利用Excel软件建成"妊娠期半夏类方"数据库,并用Rapid miner软件对数据库进行关联分析。[结果]妊娠期半夏常见药对为半夏-生姜、半夏-甘草、半夏-人参、半夏-茯苓-生姜、半夏-甘草-生姜。在妊娠期方剂中,半夏经常与解表药、利水渗湿药、补益药和活血药相配伍。古人多从增效减毒两个层面来考虑半夏配伍,如半夏-生姜为最常见之配伍,而半夏-甘草、半夏-人参在增强其疗效之时,又有减轻副作用的功效,符合《内经》云"有故无陨,亦无陨也"的原则。[结论]运用数据挖掘方法探究妊娠期方剂中半夏的用药规律,有助于从正反两方面把握妊娠期半夏的使用,为研究其他妊娠期禁忌药如薏苡仁、红花、肉桂等提供借鉴,也为进一步的临床实验研究提供了思路。[Objective]Applying the method of correlation analysis in data mining to search the ancient rule of synergia and attenuated compatibility on the purpose of serving for the clinic works.[Methods]Selecting 138 formulas in the system of TCM 100,using the software of Excel to establish the database of"categorized formula for pregnancy",and applying the software of Rapidminer to do the correlation analysis.[Results]Common herbal compatibal in pregnancy is Banxia-Shengjiang,Banxia-Gancao,Banxia-Renshen,Banxia-Fuling-Shengjiang,Banxia-Gancao-Shengjiang.In the formula of pregnancy,Banxia is usually used with exterior-releasing drugs,drugs for clearing damp and promoting diuresis,tonifying drugs and activating blood drugs.Ancient doctors often thinking the compatibility of Banxia in the angle of synergia and attenuated.For example,Banxia-Shengjiang can be usually seen and Banxia-Gancao,Banxia-Renshen also have the effect that enhances the effect and eliminates the side effect.Meeting the rules in Neijing that " if there is a hardening,there will be no harm."[Conclusion]Applying the method of data mining to explore the rules that using Banxia in pregnancy,can help doctors knowing the usage of Banxia from two sides.What＇s more,it also makes an example for exploring other pregnancy contraindications like Yiyiren,Honghua,Rougui and also provides an idea for clinical and experimental research.
