摘　　要：[目的]筛选中医行业专家对隔药饼灸治未病技术操作指标的意见及建议,为制定《隔药饼灸治未病技术操作规范》提供依据。[方法]采用德尔菲法,通过2轮问卷调查,分析专家积极系数、意见集中程度、意见协调程度,将专家对隔药饼灸治未病技术操作指标的意见进行总结、修正、反馈及汇总。[结果]操作前准备、操作的禁忌症、操作适用条件、药饼艾灸制作方法、操作过程中注意事项、施术后意外情况处理6大类包括20个操作指标可纳入《隔药饼灸治未病技术操作规范》。药饼艾灸制作中涉及的具体参数值分歧较大。[结论]《隔药饼灸治未病技术操作规范》框架涉及的操作指标基本得到专家认可,药饼艾灸制作中涉及的具体参数值仍有待进一步商讨。[Objective]Screening the recommendations from TCM experts on the operation index about cake-separated moxibustion,and providing the evidence for formulating the technical standard and criterion of using cake-separated moxibustion to prevent disease.[Methods]The Delphi method was used to do the study,in which analytical indexes included positive coefficients,concentration and coordination degree of views.After two rounds of questionnaires,the recommendations were summed up,revised,and fed back.[Results]6 categories,which included 20 operating indicators could be included in technical standard and criterion of using cake-separated moxibustion to prevent disease,while some parameters were not standardized.[Conclusion]The items involved in the framework of technical standard and criterion of using cake-separated moxibustion to prevent disease was mostly accepted by experts,while further discussions were needed for some parameters.
