摘　　要：从大戟属植物蒿状大戟(Euphorbia dracunculoides L.)地上部分70%丙酮提取物的石油醚部位分离得到6个化合物,经NMR和ESI-MS等波谱技术鉴定为十八醇(1),9-Z-十七碳烯酸(2),亚油酸(3),邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(4),没食子酸(5)和β-谷甾醇(6).化合物1-5均首次从蒿状大戟中分离得到.Six compounds（1-6）were isolated from 70% aqueous acetone extracts of the aerial part of Euphorbia dracunculoides by silica column chromatography,ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The structures of compounds were determined by spectroscopic method including MS,~1 H NMR,and ^（13） C NMR spectra and comparison with the literature values.Among them,compounds 1-5 were obtained from E.dracunculoides for the first time.
