摘 要:采用计算流体动力学软件,数值模拟了汽轮机高压级内的非定常流场,研究了静叶尾迹向下游流场传播和掺混的过程以及对叶顶汽封泄漏流的影响规律。研究结果表明:静叶尾迹在传播过程中会产生拉伸、扭曲和扩散,致使动叶通道内呈现出复杂的非定常流动。静叶尾迹和动静干涉作用影响汽封入口周向的压力波动,并加剧了围带面动压的强弱变化。受静叶尾迹影响,动叶出口的各项流动损失都呈现出周期性的变化规律。A CFD software was used to research the unsteady flow field in a high-pressure stage of steam turbine. The process of spread and mixing to downstream flow field of stator wake is researched and the influence of stator wake on tip leakage flow is studied. The simulation results show that a complex unsteady flow is presented in rotor passage by the stator wake which experiences stretching,distortion and diffusion during the process of spread. The circumferential pressure fluctuation in the inlet of tip labyrinth seal is affected and the dynamic pressure change of shroud is exacerbated by stator wake and rotor-stator interaction. The flow losses are presented in a periodic change in the rotor outlet affecting by stator wake.
