摘 要:热经济学由于综合考虑热力学和经济学而受到关注,应用热经济学结构理论针对某600MW火电机组高中压缸转子改造做技术经济分析。首先,根据技术经济分析需要的集成度,构建了该机组的物理结构图和生产结构图;进而基于燃料-产品定义构建该系统的热经济学模型;最后,结合各个组元的特征方程,定量计算该机组在80%负荷时对高中压缸进行技术改造前后的各组元评价指标、热经济学成本和电厂发电成本。结果表明:高中压缸通流效率是影响火电机组技术经济性的重要因素,采用热经济学结构理论,不仅可以分析高中压缸转子更换后机组内各组元受到的不同程度的影响;而且可以测算该节能改造的投资回收期等技术经济分析指标。Thermo - economics is attracting attention for its comprehensive concern of thermodynamics and economics. Based on structural theory of thermo- economics, this article does technical and economic analysis in a 600MW thermal power unit after exchanging the rotor of HP and IP cylinder. It firstly draw the physical structure sketch and the productive structure sketch of the thermal system. Then a thermo - economic model and an exergy cost model were developed based on the fuel- product concept. The characteristic equations were built up to quantitatively calculate the exergy analysis index, thermo - economics cost and generating cost before and after retrofit at 80% load. Results show that HP and IP cylinders' efficiency is an important factor affecting the techno - economic of power plants. Based on structural theory, the impact on every component can be analyzed and index such as investment cvcle can be calculated.
