摘 要:电站阀门关闭超时可能导致汽轮机在停机或甩负荷时超速,是影响机组安全的重要问题。许多电厂在做主汽阀、调节阀和抽汽逆止阀的关闭时间测试试验的过程中,都发现了本厂存在不同程度上的阀门关闭超时问题。从机械和热工两个方面对主汽阀、调节阀和抽汽逆止阀的关闭超时问题进行了分析,并提出了可行的解决方案,为各电厂解决超速隐患问题提供借鉴和参考。Turbine valve closing timeout may contribute to turbine overspeed during turbine shutdown or load shedding process,so solution of these problems is of great importance for unit safety. Many power plants find that there exist some problems of turbine valve closing timeout in varying degrees when they do experiments on turbine valve closing time for main stop valve,control valve and extraction check valve. In this paper,turbine valve closing timeout problems are analyzed through mechanical and thermotechnical aspects especially for main stop valve,control valve and extraction check valve.Feasible solutions are proposed as reference in order to help thermal power plants solve these turbine overspeed hazards.
