摘　　要：某燃气轮机蜂窝密封结构采用BNi73CrSiB-40Ni-S钎料,钎焊时可选取粉状钎料及片状钎料。为方便选取工艺参数,需选取两种钎料在不同的母材上进行工艺试验,以验证两种钎料工艺性能。对两种钎料在1Cr18Ni9Ti、GH3039、K648母材上进行了铺展试验,对比了两种钎料的工艺性能。BNi73CrSiB-40Ni-S is used as solder for the honeycomb sealing of gas turbine. It can be in form of powder or flake. To determine the technological parameters,the solder in both forms are selected for testing on base materials and verifying their process performance. This paper presents the spreadability test of these two forms of solder on base materials 1Cr18Ni9Ti,GH3039 and K648,and compared their process performance.
